We want you to love every item you order from VX. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

While we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used items (to ensure the highest standards of safety and hygiene), we gladly accept returns on unopened, unused products within 5 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be in its original, sealed packaging
It must be unused and in resalable condition

To request a return, email us at info@shopvx.ca with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.
